All orders are processed on the same day they are placed.

Shipping Method
We ship all orders through Chit Chats, a trusted third-party courier service. Chit Chats partners with Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia to deliver packages both domestically and internationally.

Shipping Rates

• Domestic (Canada): $5–$7 CAD

• International: $8–$10 CAD

• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free shipping worldwide

Tracking
Tracking is provided through Chit Chats. A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Delivery time is dependent on the region the package is being delivered to. Updated delivery estimates for delayed packages can be found directly in your tracking link.

Lost Packages
In the rare event of a lost package, customers may choose to receive either:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement shipment at no additional cost, including shipping.

Customs & Import Taxes
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on the destination country.
