Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition.

• All original packaging, including jewelry boxes and certificates (if applicable), must be included.

• Custom-made pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us – Email our customer support team at arunah.inquiries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Return Authorization – We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the Item – Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If your return does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue store credit instead.
